Williams Allegro Review [After Meticulous Use]

bestdigitalpiano.net

Williams Allegro 88-Key Digital Piano impresses with its value for money, offering a realistic touch and sound comparable to more expensive models. It's a solid choice for beginners, though not without flaws: confusing sub-menus, a less-than-ideal manual, and mediocre internal speakers. Yet, its straightforward control panel and weighted keys make it a commendable entry-level option that won't break the bank.

Williams Allegro 88-key digital piano review

digitalpianoreviewguide.com

The Williams Allegro 88-key digital piano is a budget-friendly option that offers basic features and decent hammer-action keys for beginners. However, its drawbacks include unreliable sustain pedals, inconsistent key velocity, and a lack of depth in sound quality, especially in its grand piano tone. The limited 8-tone selection and basic functionality might disappoint those seeking a more authentic piano experience. While its MIDI capabilities and affordability are appealing, significant issues like key durability and sound inconsistency make it hard to recommend over competitors like Casio in the same price range.

Affordable option for fully-weighted keys and versatile use as a controller

I played piano for a decade of my life growing up, so I need weighted keys for inspiration, and this was the cheapest option I could find for fully-weighted keys. The onboard sounds are passable, but I mainly use it as a controller for various things.
