Madeon's Gear
When asked how he made "the dancing bass" in his Alphabeat - DJ remix, Madeon replies that he made it using Sytrus. "A lot of the feel comes down to the pitch automations (slides, legato, etc)."
Madeon responds to a question that, when translated, asked what DAW he uses. Madeon replies with FL Studio 12.
In this MusicRadar interview Madeon: the electro house prodigy, talking about his love for FL Studio 11 and its stock synths, Madeon says:
"The FL synths - things like Harmless and Harmor - are as good as anything else in the marketplace. The audio editing power is mindbogglingly brilliant. I'm not a fan of Windows computers but I use them because of FL Studio."
"FL 11 is even more powerful. One of the songs I've been working on needed 150 tracks of music, so I rang FL up and said, 'Guys, I need more tracks, please.'"

When asked if he uses any analogue gear, Madeon responds, "What's the point? I've never been a big fan of analogue, and if I want an analogue sound, I can get it from a plugin. DIVA is useful for that."

When asked about his mastering chain in his reddit AMA, Madeon says he uses Ozone version 4. We opted to show you the newer version of Ozone, since v4 is no longer widely available.

In November of 2013, Madeon tweets, "I would pay anything for a great acoustic piano with a transpose function." A fan tweets him back in French, saying that Alicia Key's plugin for NI KONTAKT is quite realistic. Madeon responds, "Yes c'est mon plug-in par défaut pour les pianos," which translates to, "Yes that's my default plug-in for pianos."
This controller was first made famous in Madeon's Pop Culture YouTube video, and makes an appearance in just about any other photo of Madeon live and in the studio.
When asked about his favorite plugins, Madeon says "The ones that really matter to me are the Oxford Dynamics Compressor, which I've used forever..."

In this Tweet, Madeon reveals that he uses Native Instruments Komplete. He specifically references version 9. He says:

In his reddit AMA, Madeon says he processes his synths using Guitar Rig.
In a separate interview he says "Guitar Rig...has been used on so many of my songs that it's a little bit ridiculous!"

Aside from FL Studio's own synths Poizone, Harmless, Harmor, and Sytrus, one of Madeon's favorite synths is the FabFilter Twin.
A fan Tweets to Madeon, "I'm getting a budget microphone this Christmas, vocal melody plans have been stuck in my head ever since I considered it!" Madeon replies, "you can find a rode nt1a with a full pack for pretty cheap nowadays, and that's the mic i've been recording with" (Tweet from 27 Oct 2015).
Madeon tweets a photo of the box of his Novation Launchpad Mk2 and says, "Playing with the new Launchpad mk2 has been pretty brilliant so far." (Tweet dated June 2015)
Madeon mentioned his use of this plugin during a reddit AMA. He says, "1) iZotope Nectar, Guitar Rig are the biggest ones 2) I feel like albums are really good at capturing eras. I wanted to make it to have a record of who I was at that age and start a chronology of my musical (and personal) evolution. 3) No I do chops in the playlist 4) Yes Thank you very much."

While this Instagram story is not public anymore, this shows Madeon using a Behringer Model D to play the bassline of his song "Imperium"
On his Goliath, there's a piece of tape with the names of his gear, and there's an input with the name "MODEL D" which combined with this clip, proves that he uses one in his studio.
