In addition, the same pedal can be seen in the recording "BASEMENT (FULL SET) - Brudenell Social Club, Leeds" available on YouTube. At minute 0:45 and 0:51 it is possible to see a chain of 4 pedals including the OCD overdrive. This recording has been available since Nov 1, 2014.

A third source of evidence is available in the recording "Basement - Live @ Phoenix Concert Theatre (Toronto, Ontario)" availabe on Youtube. In this video, Fulltone OCD overdrive can be seen different times like minute 10:06 to 10:15, minute 25:09 and 26:46.
