Boz Boorer's Gear
(4:29 minute mark) - Boorer says that is a good distortion pedal, but he uses it because of the special feedback effect it has, not because of the distortion effect. He further demoes the sound he opts to get.
On the TC Electronic website, Boz Boorer is featured using the TC Electronic Ditto Looper in his guitar setup.
"In his amp equipment Boz calls a big Twin® and Blues Deluxe™ his own. He added a Bassman® several years ago and said it to be his favorite. With this one in his gear he did more than 70 Morrissey gigs. He also owns a Super Six which he actually doesn't use and a 70s Vibro Champ which sounds great cranked up."

"Sit back and watch as Boz talks through his pedalboard, explaining where he uses each BOSS pedal in the setlist, from the DM-2 delay that drives Certain People I Know to the RT-20 Rotary Sound Processor that brings drama to the climax of Meat Is Murder."

(2:21 minute mark) - Boorer doesn't use those often, but he has two of them. The reason is that he tends to use overdrive more than fuzz, but he uses clean sound more often than those two.

"I also used an Eastwood Sidejack, which a Mosrite kind of thing, and an old no-name Japanese copy of a Gibson Trini Lopez that has all its strings tuned to an E and usually gets played with a bow."
"For guitars, I have a Japan-made ’50s Fender Telecaster reissue that got used a lot on the album and a 1960s Gretsch 6120 which made a lot of appearances."
