As mentioned by her guitar tech, at 1:18 in this rig rundown, Jett uses Red Rhodes Velvet Hammer pickups.
"Nagy says that a big part of Jett's sound comes from using the broad, serrated edge of her D'Andrea Delrex Sharkfin 1.0 mm picks" - Premier Guitar.
"She's been using this she's recorded through this it's a Music Man HD 130 and she's recorded everything on this amp, 'I Love Rock 'N Roll', 'Hate Myself' this has been her number one amp" - Zach Nagy, guitar tech for Joan Jett at 8:50. This amp also comes with JJ EL34 power tubes.

"Basically she goes right into a tuner and then it comes back out into this Ibanez Tube Screamer and right into the amp. A lot of really all the Blackheart sound just comes from their hand, they're very plug and play" - Zach Nagy, guitar tech for Joan Jett at 10:00.
In this photo you can see a Mesa/Boogie Mark III (Blue Stripe) head on top of a Vox Ac30. In an interview with Premier Guitar, Joan Jett’s tech explained that it was her main head until they retired to studio .
"For her spring 2015 tour opening for Heart, she's also been playing a brand-new signature Melody Maker prototype with a Burstbucker 3 pickup, a metallic redburst finish, and red dot inlays" - Premier Guitar. Also seen at 2:43 in this "Rig Rundown".

At 9:20 you can hear Joans Tech mention they use a HD-130 head as backup and is used on fly dates with a rented Vox AC30 and can be seen in live photos and videos. Joans looks to be an HD-130 reverb based on the numbers knobs but it can’t be said for sure with no markers. Joans tech also mentioned it was made so this also could be a head made from a combo.
