Description

The Gibson Joan Jett Blackheart electric guitar is not just an instrument—it's a statement of rebellious spirit and raw rock energy. Designed in collaboration with the legendary Joan Jett, this guitar embodies the no-nonsense attitude that has defined her groundbreaking career. Crafted with a sleek mahogany body and a minimalist design, the Blackheart is all about delivering pure, unfiltered sound with a punk rock edge.

Its single Burstbucker 3 pickup, strategically placed in the bridge position, ensures every chord and riff cuts through with clarity and power. This stripped-down approach is complemented by the inclusion of a kill switch, replacing the traditional pickup selector to enable dynamic stutter effects, adding a unique flair to your solos. The ebony fingerboard and 22 frets make for a fast, smooth playing experience, perfect for both seasoned shredders and budding rockstars.

Joan Jett's signature touches are evident in the personalized pickguard and truss rod cover, offering a nod to her iconic style. With its satin finish and classic dot inlays, the Blackheart is as visually striking as it is sonically potent. Whether you're channeling the raw energy of punk or exploring new sonic territories, this guitar is the ultimate tool for self-expression.

Favorite Concert Guitar

This is my favorite guitar for concerts. Being in my band, we have to personalize a lot of our instruments, so this guitar has a neon green X on the body. I find each guitar works kinda differently with different amps, and this one works best with Marshall or Orange amps.
