Julien Baker's Gear
Julien's Baja Telecaster can be seen in quite a few shows. It's virtually indistinguishable from the '52 Reissue other than the writing on the back of the headstock, which is visible right at the beginning of the video.
At 32:20 in HeadCount's "Check In with Julien Baker" she briefly shows the setup she is using to create the score for the documentary North By Current. The Blooper can be seen (mirrored by the selfie cam) sitting on the table in front of her next to the Empress Effects ZOIA.
Used extensively in her old bands The Star Killers/Forrister and early solo work. From around the release of her second album Turn Out The Lights it started serving more as back-up for her Butterscotch Blonde Telecaster.
The guitar wasn't shown in the Premier Guitar Rig Rundown she did in 2018, but it is briefly discussed from around 1:00 to 2:55 in that video. Julien explains that she bought it used, modded it herself by putting in a 4-way switch with series wiring for the 4th position, and that it has Lollar pickups.
A serial number starting with MZ3 is visible on the headstock in the source picture, making this a 2003-2004 model. The metallic, slightly tealish blue used on Mexican models at that time would have been Blue Agave.
Just above the DL4 is a Voyager Overdrive.
Pictured here at House of Vans Chicago on June 19, 2019, this can be spotted on footage from several shows and Instagram live streams and appears to be Julien Baker's number one guitar since sometime during spring of 2019.
The source picture clearly shows the Moollon Guitars logo on the headstock and the absence of any specific model name. The manufacturer's website refers to their T-style guitars as the "T Classic" model, which is why it has been listed here as such.
Moollon guitars are generally meant to replicate "pre-CBS" Fender guitars but are built to order, allowing for some personalization. It is unknown what the exact specifications in terms of construction and electronics of this example are, apart from a few aspects that can be determined visually: the double-bound Thinline body, maple fretboard and small pickguard are notable deviations from the basic T Classic model.
Just to the right of the Walrus Audio Descent is a Tera Echo by Boss.
This one was tough to figure out, but there's like 3 frames in a different video that show the Walrus logo. The Descent Reverb can be seen at the very beginning of this video, just to the left of the BigSky (from the viewer's perspective).

At 32:20 in HeadCount's "Check In with Julien Baker" she briefly shows the setup she is using to create the score for the documentary North By Current. The ZOIA can be seen (mirrored by the selfie cam) sitting on the table in front of her.
Julien also briefly mentioned this pedal by name when she and Katie Harkin appeared on the Talkhouse Podcast (19:55).

The Dispatch Master can be seen just behind the Strymon Big Sky.
On June 3, 2017, during her European tour, Julien Baker was spotted using the Boss RC-3 Loop Station. Interestingly, the DL4 pedal was not connected at the time.
In a Premier Guitar "Rig Rundown" video, Julien Baker demonstrates her use of the ZVEX Fuzz Factory pedal.
When we were tracking vocals, we used a vintage Neumann U 67, and ran that into a spectrasonic preamp taken from the original console at Stax, then a 1176 compressor. Then for all the other instruments, guitars, piano, etc., we used Neve VR preamps.
At 41:00 in HeadCount's "Check In with Julien Baker" the HX Effects is visible as the centerpiece of the pedal board she is using to create the score for the documentary North By Current.
Julien explains:
I went and did it, I got a multi-effects processing unit and I hate myself for it. Because I thought forever I would be a boutique pedal nerd and be averse to using a Kemper modeler or Axe-Fx or something like that. [...] The people at Line 6 let me try out an HX Effects and I was like: "Pff... I'm not going to use that". And then I plugged it in and it was awesome. [...] You can have a different pedal board modeler set up for every song if you want to and scroll through them. It's so nice. I did not get paid by Line 6 to say this.
In the photo accompanying this article, Julien Baker can be seen with a Fender Acoustasonic Stratocaster.
On Baker's pedalboard, an Emerson Overdrive pedal can be seen between the Tera Echo and the Voyager.
In the Audiotree Live session, Julien Baker is seen using the Ernie Ball VP JR. Passive Volume Pedal, highlighting her preference for this model over the standard version. However, she has recently transitioned to the Korg KVP-002 Volume Pedal, which is typically designed for electric keyboards.
In this live video it's clearly seen that the keyboard she plays is a Nord Stage 2 EX HP76 Stage Keyboard, the name is seen at 2:00.
In the photo on Equipboard, you can see Julien Baker's Truetone 1 Spot Pro CS12 positioned to the left of the Walrus Audio Descent pedal.
"The second part to Julien's one-two punch is this Fender '68 Custom Twin Reverb..."

A BlueSky can be seen on her board at the very beginning of the video.
Baker has been seen using a Fender Deluxe Thinline Telecaster with a rosewood neck on her recent North American dates, including her sets at Newport Folk Festival and SF Outside Lands (from where the photos and interview are taken); according to the interview, her guitar features Fender Vintage Noiseless Pickups and is named 'Virginia' (for Virginia Woolf)
In this tweet, Julien states "So excited to add ths gem courtesy of @WalrusAudio !!" along with a demonstrational video
She plays this Reissue Blues deluxe since she was in Forrister/ Star Killers You can see her carry it at 1:37
Julien Baker shared an Instagram story expressing gratitude to Walrus Audio for the Emissary Parallel Boost pedal.
