Mac Demarco can be seen on the left playing a Heit Electric guitar. (as stated in many interviews) The pickguard was broken during a Makeout Videotape show, and was replaced with a piece of house siding before Rock and Roll Nightclub was released. The neck was also replaced with a lawsuit Mosrite neck before RNRNC's release but it is unknown exactly when. Mac continued to use the guitar in this state, making small modifications such as removing the tone and volume controls and wiring the pickup directly to the output jack. Sometime between the Salad Days tour and the release of Another one, Mac retired the guitar and began using a vintage Fender Stratocaster.
