Mike Krol's Gear
This item is seen at 7:57 in the video. Mike uses the Voco-Loco to add effects to his vocals using other effects pedals.
Seen on the 'Power Chords' album cover. Krol has been known to use predominantly Hagstrom guitars and his bandcamp also states he "exclusively plays Hagstrom guitars and Ludwig drums".

Two Boss Digital Delays can be seen at 7:57. It is hard to tell what exact model they are.
when mike went live on KEXP he used this microphone for the performance you can see it with a green stripe on it
Here he's seen using it briefly in this little video essay about him, he's stated multiple times that he stays very loyal to Hagstrom guitars and hasn't been seen to my knowledge playing anything else
In this photo, Mike Krol is holding his blue Hagström F-300
At 7:57 in this video, you can see Mike Krol's pedal board. Given that a Boss Delay is 13cm long, and you could seem to fit 3 of them in a row along the longest side, with a tiny bit of leftover space - I would suggest this is a Pedaltrain Metro 20, as it is 50,8cm wide.
This is only a qualified guess. Had it been a Metro 16, you couldn't fit 3 of them, and you can see from the shot at 7:57 that you clearly can fit 3.
Mike posted on this instagram photo a photo featuring the pedal and a few others mentioning he was recording with them. This was during the time of recording power chords.
