At 39:19 in the video, it shows that the drum machine is sitting on the piano. Thom is using the new Electron analog drum machine instead of the older Machinedrum.
Thom Yorke used a Fenix Telecaster Thinline, a copy of the Fender model, as a likely spare or backup during The Bends tour. This usage is documented in a user-uploaded photo on A2athot. There are rumors that the guitar was stolen.

Thom Yorke used the Novation Bass Station synth for live performances of Myxomytosis during tour 2002. He wore the synth, as can be seen in this photo.

This evidence is enforced by The King Of Gear's Blog Archive called "Thom's Percussion" where it states >According to Ed’s diary, the song Kid A "started off as a Thom doodle on the [Roland MC] 505…“
However the Roland MC-505 isn't actually used on the track but was known to be originally wrote on this.
