Very easy in usage, fast and convenient tweaks. Not really flexible, but good enough to experiment with. I use it as a effector for main vocals, and that's great.
I love this! I have recorder more than 3 EPs with this one for now and it's great for different vocal styles (I have worked with postpunk, industrial rock, metal, electronic and country music). Add this to a nice preamp and you will be satisfied. One of the best solutions for a home|small studio on my opinion.
The guitar is great for the price, the sound is deep and full. Still I recommend to listen to a few of them and choose the one which sounds better (a common approach to budget guitars). It is mate, so it may get scratches and fingertips fast, be aware that it will look not as cool as at the start very soon. The guitar also looks awesome on photos lol.
This baby is the first pedal I own from EHX. A cool mix of Chorus and Flanger with only three knobs. Still, the controls are enough, plus there is an awesome matrix mode to create even more weird sounds. Must say it is well-made, tight and has huge comfortable knobs. I like how it looks in the pedalboard: the LED has few different states so that it shows not only the maximum position of the envelope, but also the mid-state. Perfect, will go for more EHX for sure!
The version 10 is so much more convenient to use! while Live is basically for electronic music production, I find it useful for making home demos for my bands (both a country one and a goth one). The built-in plugins and sounds collection is amazingly huge and useful too.
This thing makes you control the whole Ableton Live on the go, without looking onto the screen. The workflow changes a lot, but as soon as you figure out it's logic, it enhances your creativity. I make one or more sketches everytime I go using my Push 2 as it was when I only started my music way. very very inspiring!
The most adorable lady in my guitar arsenal. The gear is very tweakable so it is easy to make it sound great on both clead and distorted channel. The sound is thick, deep, but in the same time the tone is very pleasant and drives nice through the mix. Solid build, feels good and looks gorgeous. Highly recommended.
This thing sounds amazing and is a good solid example of a powerful Wavetable virtual synth. But the best thing I like about it is obvious routing. You can literally monitor each modulation in the same time, which makes your workflow even faster. It also looks amazing and receives updates really often. It also allows you to use those different types of Arturia's legendary vintage synths' filters emulation which makes it even more versatile. Add here lots of effects, 2 tonegenerators each of which can be either a wavetable or a analog-style oscs. I actually merely use any other synths after this purchase.

A simple sample player. It CAN NOT sample itself, requires an iPhone or another external device to load samples into volca. The workflow is quite inspiring, but the flexibility of the device is poor. I bought it to add some organic to my Electribe EMX-1 performances and it does the job well. Good for the price, actually.
I used to have this one years ago (until my friend plugged it with a wrong DC block). It was my first hardware synthesizer and I must say it was astonishing for the price that days. It was 2 OSC's, in-built arppegiator and vocoder. Design is really retro-oriented (including wooden side-plates!!), while the later XL version looks more modern (and is very different; my synth-geek friend told me this baby is much better and versatile than the XL version) The controls are actually obvious, but I find them unconvenient for real-time tweaking. The synth is nice, but I won't buy another one, for my current needs a monophonic microbrute is much better. P.S. I told you I burnt it down. It's true. The man from the workshop told me Microkorgs are equipped in the most cheap way in terms of security and is not foolproof, so the entire motherboard was killed by a single wrong plug-in. He also told it wouldn't happen if KORG added at least a few-dollar fuse to the power circuit. Unfortunately, they didn't. Be careful if you choose this device.
It was my first rig device, and I still use it for like 7 years, I guess. On my opiniom. it is an awesome interface by design, but has some troubles: I have bad problems with it on Win7 64x system. If I turn the device down while the OS is working I often get a sudden blue death screen. In ways of performance, it is great. Not bad preamps for in-built ones, plus it has a nice real-time reverb to make singing more comfortable.
A nice mobile two-channel audio card. Well built, good looking and all most of functions you need from this type of cards. No MIDI In-Out interface, but that is not a problem nowadays. Exchanged Line6 UX-1 for this baby because it has more features, especially +48!
A very good small audio interface, with a huge con against it. The first generation has no Pad button for the Instrument input and the gain reaches clipping on the lowerst Gain knob values. It means that you have to use some attenuation from a di-box or something else, when you want to record a guitar. It's a pain if you have a little gear :( Grab MkII version, they say it's inputs are not that hot.
This cat is awesome for sound design and bass tone creation. Has a powerful and easy-to-use sequencer and a gorgeous filter (including a Brute feature which actually feedbacks the filter section output, adding more VIOLENCE to your sound). Subtractive synthesis might be a bit unpredictable, but this makes the gear even more fun. I love how this guy sounds with a good stereo reverb, becomes instantly alive and even more massive. Perfect for instant sound geeking! EDIT: Fixed typos and edited for a correct synthesis type.
A generic reverb pedal. Actually it does what it's meant to, but I guess I will replace this one for Supernatural by Digitech very soon. Digiverb lacks 'huge' tones, which I need. Good for solos and traditional tone builds though.
All-time favourite mobile keyboard. It is a bit fragile, but the pars and knobs feel great.
This processor has everything you need. I've even used it's second channel to do processed vocals in addition to main one. A big gallery of models, some of them in different modification. Sounds great. You can also tweak presents via your computer but for me manual set up is much more comfortable. Foot controller is assignable to any parameter you want in any amount. Built like a tank.
I grabbed it instead on 1st Gen 2i2, because I realised I need a separate cue output for my DJ sets and electronic live performances (I currently use Ableton Live + Push 2 as the main tool). I like how better it is built compared to the 1st gen. The knobs are metal and they have fixed the main input gain thing (which caused guitarists to lower the volume on the guitar itself). I would also add that the output here is much louder and the whole thing seems to be built much better. It is heavy and solid. I really recommend it if you need an upgrade and like lower verions, such as 2i2 or solo.
