The drum set in the picture is actually a Yamaha Recording Custom. It has a Ludwig head on the bass drum, but the actual set is a Yamaha.

This is a made in Japan era Recording Custom. They are absolutely amazing kits. Marky did own at least one Ludwig kit that I know of, but definitely not the one in the picture.
