Description

Experience the artistry of reverb like never before with the D16 Group Toraverb 2. Unlike traditional reverb plugins that attempt to mimic specific spaces, Toraverb 2 emerges as a revolutionary concept in its own right, offering musicians and producers the freedom to sculpt virtually any reverb effect imaginable. This powerful plugin leverages a bespoke algorithm that ensures your mixes remain lush and immersive, without the muddiness often associated with lesser reverb units.

At the heart of Toraverb 2 is a meticulously crafted diffusing network that employs modified all-pass filters to deliver reverb tails that are both smooth and dynamically adjustable. Choose from two fully parametric EQs to refine the tonal character of your reflections, whether you're aiming to enhance a particular frequency or add a unique color to your sound. The inclusion of a modulated tail parameter further allows for a realistic propagation of sound, adding depth and dimension to your auditory space.

Toraverb 2 also integrates a cutting-edge spatial reflection algorithm, ensuring that your stereo imaging remains realistic and engaging. With features like a built-in ducker for easy signal management and a balance parameter for precise reflection panning, Toraverb 2 is as intuitive as it is sophisticated. For producers seeking an unrivaled reverb experience, Toraverb 2 stands as a testament to D16's dedication to crafting sonically exquisite tools.

D16 Group's Toraverb 2 shines as a flexible and high-quality reverb plugin, maintaining its reputation as a stellar value despite a price increase. The updated interface and added features, like independent modulation for early and late reflections, ducking, and mid/side mixing, enhance its usability and sonic versatility. The sound remains beautiful and adaptable, making it suitable for creating diverse spaces and ambiences. However, the inclusion of only one EQ band per section might leave some users wanting more. awesome upgrade

Bought toraverb 1, and the gui was tiny. Bought the upgrade to 2 purely because I wanted the ability to resize the gui, but they added a few more bells 'n' whistles like M/S to make the reverb really wide, and ducking. Its laid out a lot better , looks cleaner, and has a very particular kinda spacey reverb that sounds amazing when you parallel process it with the dry signal. Very glad I updated, but I just wish they'd made it a decent size to start with.

I agree. Had toraverb 1, and just upgraded to 2. It has a very rich sound thats also so smooth on those long infinite settings.
