Who Needs Headroom?

Dr. Z makes phenomenal amplifiers capable of a very wide range of sounds. This amp, in particular is definitely built with an agenda. The clean channel is bright, clear and reminiscent of a Fender Deluxe. This amp opens up beautifully and really starts to hum at about the half-way point. Breaks up so nice! The drive channel is a no-holds-barred drive - clear and defined. This amp fits my needs perfectly because I tend to like a darker more throaty-sounding tone from my rig. This is (was) the highest-gain amplifier Dr. Z made, and has been discontinued.
