Description

Experience the harmonious blend of vintage charm and modern prowess with the Fender American Vintage Hot Rod '60s Precision Bass. This electric bass guitar captures the essence of the 1960s with its authentic design, while packing a punch with hot-rodded features that appeal to today's bassists. Crafted with an ash body and a smooth maple neck featuring a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, this bass offers an exceptional playing experience that feels just right, whether you're grooving in the pocket or blazing through solos.

At the heart of this instrument is its dual-pickup configuration, marrying the classic thump of the American Vintage '63 split single-coil Precision Bass pickup in the middle position, with the snappy, midrange-rich tone of the '64 Jazz Bass single-coil at the bridge. This versatile setup allows you to craft your perfect sound, from deep, driving bass lines to articulate, punchy riffs, all adjustable with individual volume controls and a master tone knob.

The bass is further enhanced with premium components like the Fender Hi-Mass bridge for increased sustain, vintage-style tuners, and a stealthy "A" string retainer on the headstock. Add to that the vintage-style heel-end truss rod adjustment and aged white dot inlays, and you've got a bass that not only sounds incredible but looks the part too. Whether you're a rock purist or an adventurous tone seeker, the Fender American Vintage Hot Rod '60s Precision Bass offers a sonic palette that can satisfy any musical appetite.

Best of both worlds!

American vintage quality with modern upgrades such as: compound neck radius, modern style "F" tuners, high mass Fender bridge, genuine bone nut, strap locks, stealth "A" string retainer, graphite reinforced neck. The american vintage '63 precision and american vintage '64 jazz pickup are amazing, tone control is precise, nitro finish keeps that vintage vibe to it. My favourite bass yet!
