Description

The Fender Starcaster Bass is a true gem for any bassist seeking both vintage charm and modern functionality. First introduced in the 1970s, the Starcaster gained a cult following with its unique design and tonal versatility. This reimagined version stays true to its roots while incorporating today's cutting-edge features, making it a standout in the Modern Player series.

With its semi-hollow offset maple body and alder center block, this bass offers improved sustain and feedback resistance, producing a full-bodied sound that is both rich and resonant. The dual Wide Range humbuckers are the heart of the Starcaster, offering a vast tonal palette from deep, punchy lows to bright, articulate highs. Whether you're playing funk, rock, or jazz, these pickups deliver a robust and dynamic performance.

The 30" scale maple neck provides a comfortable playing experience, perfect for long sessions or live gigs. Finished with a vintage-tinted C-shape profile and a bound maple fingerboard, this bass is as playable as it is eye-catching. Its bound top, back, and distinctive F-holes add to the instrument's elegant aesthetic, while the classic Starcaster headstock shape completes the retro look.

Designed for musicians who appreciate high-quality craftsmanship without breaking the bank, the Fender Starcaster Bass is an instrument that inspires creativity and delivers outstanding value.
