Not your great grandfathers neve
It's not a neve but it almost is. Good enough for a pro if it were more reliable. And cheap. I have two and one is noisy as hell. I replaced this with a Heritage Audio 73EQ thing that I like much better. This is slightly thinner sounding but is still leaps and bounds better than any built in prosumer mixer / interface preamp I've ever heard. For the price it's definitely worth it.

Close
I have the PRE-73 Junior and it's pretty close to the Neve. Certainly more sonically characteristic than the preamps built into my interface
