Happy Nerding FX AID Pro gives you 200 effects in a new hands-on module

synthanatomy.com

Happy Nerding's FX Aid Pro packs an impressive 200 effects into a compact module, elevating its predecessor with an OLED display and improved control. Musicians will appreciate the visual feedback and the ability to tweak parameters on the fly, offering a more hands-on experience. However, some drawbacks remain, notably its reliance on a web app for updates and the initial lack of visual feedback that some users may find frustrating. Despite these issues, the FX Aid Pro shines as a versatile tool for any Eurorack setup, making it a worthwhile investment for those seeking depth and variety in their sound design.

Happy Nerding FX Aid Pro, new firmware adds more LFOs and new oscilloscope

synthanatomy.com

The Happy Nerding FX Aid Pro shines with its latest firmware update, enhancing usability with three internal multi-wave LFOs and an intuitive oscilloscope mode. With over 200 effects algorithms and improved parameter control, this module caters to a range of creative needs. The ergonomic layout and real-time feedback on the display are noteworthy improvements that elevate the user experience. However, the price point of €340 may deter budget-conscious musicians. Overall, the FX Aid Pro is a powerful tool for those willing to invest, but it might not be for everyone.

This is amazing

This may be my favorite module. Sounds fantastic, more than 100 effets available, 32 on the module itself. Perfect at the end of a synth voice, or even a mix, small, convenient. SRR input is sick.
