Amazing Amp, difficult to get the hang of.
Purchased used from Guitar Center many years ago. Guessing 2014 maybe. First thing I did was replace the tubes. It has amazing cleans. Tube Power & Pre with board for compressor (lube) & sub bass boost. Designed for Pantera style, 90s nu-metal, & grunge. It's difficult to get the hang of because the setting parameters are reversed from most other amp heads. Expect dials & switches to behave a bit differently than most other tube amp heads & look closely at the number settings of each knob (-, 0, +). Favorite settings: less distortion. I never use the sub bass boost ever. With some careful tweaking & patience, this is a great amp especially if you're into metal or rock music. It will definitely make your cheap guitars sound cheap & your great guitars sound great.
