Description
Delve into the captivating world of modular synthesis with the Noise Engineering Ataraxic Iteritas. A versatile digital oscillator module, the Ataraxic Iteritas is far more than meets the eye. It's designed to unleash a multitude of metallic modulations, perfect for crafting everything from deep subs to harsh drones and metallic leads. This 10HP Eurorack module is a sonic powerhouse, offering a unique palette of sounds inspired by the digital spirit of the turn-of-the-millennium era.
At its core, the Ataraxic Iteritas operates with three distinct waveform modes—LFSR, SQR, and SQR2—each providing a different modulation texture. The LFSR mode spans a broad spectrum of wave shapes, while SQR and SQR2 modulate the harmonic series of square waves, with SQR2 adding an octave to each waveform. This module’s digital architecture allows for an incredible degree of waveform variation and wavetable exploration, ensuring a rich and immersive sound-shaping experience.
In addition to its waveform capabilities, the Ataraxic Iteritas features a Noise parameter for adding gritty textures, and a comb filter for harmonic enrichment. The Time Mod function introduces phaser-like textures, and the Soft Fold feature applies an asymmetrical fold for added character. With the Range parameter, you can quickly shift octaves, making it ideal for both studio and live performances. Plus, the module's CV modulation capabilities mean you can fine-tune your sound with precision.
