Description

Introducing the Pearl Export EXX725S/C 5-piece Drum Set with Snare Drum in a rich Burgundy color. This drum set, an icon in the music world, has earned its place as the best-selling drum kit in history. Now making a comeback with the EX725SPC model, Pearl has once again set a new standard for entry-level drum sets.

This kit boasts Pearl's acclaimed SST, Superior Shell Technology, and uses Opti-Loc tom mounts for optimal sound resonance and stability. The Pearl Export Lugs, with their modern yet slightly retro look, pay tribute to the classic Pearl drums of yesteryears. Designed for maximum resonance and sustain, these lugs have a low mass and minimal shell interaction.

The Opti-Loc mounting system is a standout feature, ensuring perfect stability without sacrificing resonance. The mounting system has a unique triangular design with two tension rod attachment points and an additional tension rod mounting point in one of the drum's two air vents. To maximize sustain and provide wobble-free performance, Pearl has added rubber isolators at all connection points, allowing the drums to vibrate freely.

Sound quality is non-negotiable with Pearl. Keeping that in mind, this kit features a perfect blend of premium poplar and rich Asian Mahogany, delivering a full-bodied, deeper, and richer sound that sets the Pearl Export apart. The drum shells, formed through the SST process, require extreme heat, precision-cut scarf joints, Acoustiglue, and over 1000 pounds of hydraulic pressure.
