Yamaha Piaggero NP-32 Review; Great Entry Level Piano - Piano Tone

pianotone.ca

The Yamaha Piaggero NP-32 shines as an entry-level digital piano with its standout graded soft touch keys and high-quality Yamaha voices. Its lightweight and portable design makes it ideal for beginners or those needing a compact solution. The keyboard offers 76 keys, decent connectivity options, and various effects, although it lacks the full 88-key range and weighted keys which some may find limiting. The accompanying iOS app adds significant functionality, enhancing its appeal to tech-savvy users. While the speakers could be improved and additional audio outputs would be beneficial, the NP-32's value and performance make it a strong contender in its class.

Yamaha NP-32 review | Digital Piano Review Guide

digitalpianoreviewguide.com

The Yamaha Piaggero NP32 is a lightweight, portable digital piano offering good value with its authentic grand piano sound and 76-key range. It's ideal for beginners or musicians on the go, but its limited sound options and simplistic design may not please everyone. While the keys are touch-sensitive, they lack the weighted feel of more advanced models. Its portability is a strong suit, weighing just 12 pounds, but the speakers, while loud, can be less dynamic with heavy use. Overall, it's budget-friendly, but those seeking more features might look towards other models like the Yamaha P-45.

Yamaha NP-12 | NP-32 review: No-Frills Keyboard with Focus on Piano

pianodreamers.com

While not perfect, the Yamaha Piaggero NP32 excels as a beginner's digital piano. Its standout feature is its superb piano sound, which is arguably the best you can find under $300. The lightweight design and straightforward controls make it an ideal starting point for newcomers. However, the keys, despite being piano-style, lack the weighted feel, and the controls feel somewhat flimsy. Connectivity options are limited, and a sustain pedal is not included. Despite these drawbacks, the NP32 remains a solid choice for beginners, offering great value with its focus on high-quality piano sound and portability.

Yamaha NP32 | 76-Note Keyboard Review

merriammusic.com

The Yamaha Piaggero NP32 impresses as a compact, budget-friendly portable keyboard with rich, high-quality sounds thanks to Yamaha's AWM stereo sampling. Its lightweight build and included accessories like a power adapter and music stand add to its appeal. While the 76-key Graded Soft Touch Keyboard lacks the weighted action serious pianists crave, it's suitable for casual play and composing. Connectivity options are solid, though Bluetooth requires an additional adapter. Overall, the NP32 stands out in its class for portability and sound quality, making it a great option if weighted keys aren't a priority.

just wanted a digital piano

Hey, I highly recommend it if you want to practice piano playing. You can experience high-quality sound, graded keyboard and you can even connect it into a pc and use it as a midi keyboard.

Good value

This is perfect if you’re just after something simple but good quality. The sounds built into it are pretty decent and it can be plugged into a computer via usb to use as a midi usb keyboard.
