Kyle Shutt of the Sword is a signature artist with Reverend Guitars. www.reverendguitars.com
He uses two of these guitars, one is black and gold like the picture, and the other is in a flame maple finish. Mentioned in article.
You can see Kyle using an Explorer in the picture.
at 6:41 he says "Then we go into my hush pedal"
I couldn't find the exact kind of Reverend Volcano that Kyle is using in this image because the headstock is different, but you can clearly see the Reverend logo at the tip so it has to be some kind of Flying V styled Reverend.
"One of the foundations of the metal revival of the past ten years, Austin TX’s The Sword have released three flawless slabs of vintage heaviness on Kemado Records, toured the world with Metallica, and were one of the first bands to lock into a whole new legion of fans through Guitar Hero.
Their latest release, Warp Riders, is The Sword’s first concept album, a science fiction maelstrom put to the storming, relentless riffage and pounding rhythms upon which the band has staked its reputation. Currently on the road in the U.S. supporting this behemoth of a allencompassing rock and metal album, guitarist Kyle Shutt has loaded his Wild Custom Flying V with the Zakk Wylde EMG set, leaving no solo unblazed and no face unmelted from coast to coast. His backup guitar is a ’68 Reissue Les Paul Custom with and EMG Chrome 81 in the bridge and a Chrome 85 in the neck."
At 5:19 he says "Then we go into a Vox wah" (the pedal actually has dunlop guts and was modified by the band's bassist)
Shown on his pedalboard at roughly 30 seconds into video demo'ing custom wah pedal.
The cabinet is mentioned in the article.
He uses a black version of this cab, mentioned in the article.

In an article by Pat 'Riot' Whitaker for Riff Relevant, Kyle Shutt of The Sword is pictured playing a 2016 Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded Series T in Satin Fire Burst.

Kyle Shutt uses the EarthQuaker Devices Palisades overdrive pedal, as noted on the EarthQuaker Devices website.
Kyle cut an ad for Supro USA in 2018. Unsure if he's playing the standard or reverb model.
At 1:08 you can see a Carpet RG100ES with a replaced logo on Kyles side of this music video(Now if he used this to record the record I don’t know yet)
How I can tell the amp is what it is is the control Layout(5 light grey knobs and then 4 darker knobs) and I personally own the less wattage RG80ES carpet
The light grey knobs(assuming stock) put that amp post 1985 so most likely made 1985-1990.
