In this pic of Prince's pedalboard you can see the blues driver on the left of the mic-stand.
Prince used the guitar on multiple occasions, it is a one off Fender Custom Shop Strat built at his request, note absence of middle pick-up and locking tuners, he also used a 'Fiesta Red' and a Gold Stratocaster guitar with extremely similar specs to the one shown here

When it comes to effects, Prince seemed to like Boss Pedals. While it very well could be that Prince owns the entire Boss line of effects, he was commonly seen with a metal zone in the mid 90s. It was put in his pedalboard between his Diamonds and Pearls Tour and Act I& II Tour (support for Love Symbol Album) around 1992 until the late 90s it was spotted on his pedalboard on July 9th 1996 while he was performing for The Today Show on NBC. There was also a close up photo taken of his pedalboard in the mid 90s which the Boss Metal Zone MT-2 pedal is clearly seen.
This image comes from this article from Pro Guitar Shop where they write "Along with his love of Boss effects, Prince is a regular user of the Digitech Whammy, Dunlop Crybaby Wah (though he has been known to use a Colorsound Wah as well), and Line 6 MM4 modulation modeler."
According to engineer Susan Rodgers, Prince used a Boss HM-2 Heavy Metal in the studio.
“There were three of these 300 series amps,” says Bendinelli. “The original two were Mark IIBs, and this is one of them. They’re all dated 1981, and Prince had them by the time he did the 1999 tour. --- They had 180 watts of clean headroom, and it was a big, loud sound onstage.
Prince liked the C+ better, because it had a lot more punch and headroom in the preamp. I carried one of the 300 series Mark IIBs home with me, updated it to a C+, and sent it back. So Prince ended up with three C+ heads—one original and two converted."
In the early stages of his career, Prince used a modified Fender Telecaster, which is featured in a user-uploaded 1980 photo from Princerecordings. Notably, this guitar is also seen in the "Dirty Mind" music video, played by Dez Dickerson.
In this photo, Prince can be seen playing a Epiphone Crestwood Custom. Borrowed from Captain Kirk Douglas of The Roots for a performance of "Bambi"
Prince's "Go To" Axe Early On In His Career He Later Sawed Off The Horn And Adorned The Guitar With LED Lights And Faux Leopard Print Fur
"That means he has everything routed into his SSL exactly as he wants. He was all of his favorite devices wired to the specific boxes that he wants; he had three pedalboards sitting underneath the SSL and he has his trusty Linn drum just to the side of the classic rolling Pro Tools keyboard. He can swivel his chair, start a simple groove on the Linn drum, plug his guitar in direct and then he’d have an SM57 on an arm, lean that over the console crank the mains and deliver an inspiring and emotive vocal and he’d track by himself."
In the feature pic, Prince can be seen playing his custom guitar.
More information about the guitar can be found here: http://uniqueguitar.blogspot.com/2011/09/princes-guitars.html
In the Manic Monday Music video you can see Prince bent down messing with his pedal. You can see it on 0.42. There is also a photo of Prince’s pedalboard set up for the Sign ‘O’ The Times Tour and can the pedal on. Here is a link https://prince.org/msg/7/441997 He also seen with a yellow pedal in 1991 at the Special Olympics rehearsal but it’s hard to tell if it’s the SD-1 but more than likely it is here’s a link https://youtu.be/ja_PXE5i26A
This is a picture from Prince’s Guitar Book released by Paisley Park. You can see the MXR Micro Amp pedal on the right side.
Prince has used the Boss BF-2 Flanger pedal in many of his concerts and performances for several years. He has used the Boss BF- 2 Flanger pedal on Jay Leno's Tonight show and the 21 Nights in London concerts. The Boss BF-2 Flanger pedal can be spotted on the left side of Prince's effects pedal board after the Boss VB-2 Vibrato and Boss DD-3 Digital Delay pedals.
Prince used an Auerswald Cleo bass in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Prince can be seen playing it in the studio for the recording of Partyman.
"The only bass effects on the record are a Zoom 9030 (usually on its "slap wah" setting) and a Danelectro Fab Tone pedal for fuzz."
In the provided user-uploaded photo, Prince is seen with a modified Fender Stratocaster Purple - Hybrid. He customized this guitar with EMG pickups, including an EMG 81 humbucker and an EMG SA single coil, and added an Original Floyd Rose tremolo system and locking nut.
Along with his love of Boss effects, Prince is a regular user of the Digitech Whammy, Dunlop Crybaby Wah (though he has been known to use a Colorsound Wah as well), and Line 6 MM4 modulation modeler.
At 22:00 and 23:30 he is seen playing this guitar
Prince has been seen using a Taylor 214E Deluxe Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric guitar during several TV appearances, as shown in the provided image.

Prince played Sadowsky copies of the Hohner Madcat on the Purple Rain tour. He had four - two with a natural finish and tortoishell pickguard and two with a custom flower design, one in pink and one in purple.
There’s a few of pictures of Prince using the Mesa/Boogie Heartbreaker heads. Here’s other link of a picture where he is playing Feel Better, Feel Good, Feel Wonderful on the Jay Leno show in 2009 where you can see the Heartbreaker heads https://prince.org/msg/7/429783?pg=154
Prince used this microphone, painted gold of course, along with his gun holster in this music video and other live performances.
