My Gear 28

This is the bass I use for producing when I need live bass, I have owned this for around two years now and I have found it to work but something feels missing. It's great for chunky or lowkey tones but it's missing an in-between in my opinion (or maybe I am missing something.) If you want an affordable bass that feels high quality and can do very cut through the mix chunky high end sounding bass this is your best bet.
I was put onto this microphone by a fellow musician when looking to replace my (not very good) old Sony drum microphone and get a vocal mic. For the price I love this thing, it's very clear and even in my non sound-treated room it works wonders. Nice and warm if you know the right distance from the mic, I recorded acoustic guitars, vocals and amps with this microphone.
I used FL Studio for as long as I been producing. The workflow, while for seasoned veterans may not be as streamlined works for me very well. I feel as there are no bounds or limits to this DAW as I always find something new, if you use the patcher it will open many possibilities. I say try Ableton and FL studio and see which one you prefer, as for I tried Ableton and used it for mainly live recording sessions and I couldn't get into it's workflow. Try FL and see if you like it!

Pedals 11

This is one of my favorite pedals and for good reason, this is the thickest mix cutting pedal I have heard. As someone who grew up listening to Smashing Pumpkins I always strived for that sound and when I found the Big Muff I couldn't go back. I use this in my recordings usually for when I need a thick wall of noise or a screaming guitar lead/solo. This thing is HARD to control but I love it for that, it has a niche but it fills it the best way possible I feel. Worth the money go get it!
This is one of two pedals I have currently in my setup, I love using it with my Epiphone ES-339 pro for very shiny and washed chords and leads, you cannot go wrong with this chorus. I recommend this for your base chorus that does exactly what it needs to do. Only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is there are other choruses that slightly outperform in different aspects but for a great all around chorus for the price go for this!
