Surprising

Bought this in one of Plugin Alliance's crazy flash deals. It was one of the very last things on PA that I actually half kinda wanted, as I'd managed to snap everything else up in a few years worth of other flash sales and Black Fridays, thanks to their generous monthly vouchers. When I heard the description on the PA site, I thought it couldn't really be that good, but it really surprised me when I fired it up, turned a few dials and the track I was working on suddenly had more body and warmth, and as much as I hate the cliche, it felt "musical", in a similar way to what Brainworx Subsynth does when you dial in that really deep sub, and suddenly the mix feels more grounded and robust. I normally use Ozone, with some 3rd party VST effects in it, and I have a good signail chain with that now. Masterdesk won't usurp Ozone, but it's definitely useful for a nip and a tuck as an additional step in a premaster.
