Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor
Definitely one of my favorite compressors, but I have two issues with it. Certain design choices like dual mono made sense on the original hardware unit, but in a virtual emulation, you can use as many instances as you want. Also the controls are way to close together, it probably works on the hardware unit, but in the software version, it quickly becomes cluttered and confusing.
If you are able to ignore this, it's a really good bus and master compressor.

Good at what it does. But too much weed smoked by design team.
Yeah you know I get it, you wanted to clone the fucking real unit. Wonderful. That's nice.
Just for fuck's sake, why would u not put a link to the left and right channels for compression parameters?
Seriously?
Why didn't you mail me a patch that I could attach to my monitor that releases the smell of the real unit?
ok ok. 4 out of 5. Plugin does sound extremely nice on drum bus's and of course, master bus.
but fuck. I've screwed up whole tracks because 1 number didn't match the other. And you can't tell from first glance.
