Description
The Caparison Angelus Custom is a masterpiece that seamlessly blends art and functionality, making it a coveted choice for discerning guitarists. Crafted with a master-grade flame maple top, this electric guitar boasts a striking aesthetic that commands attention from both the stage and the studio. Its mahogany body delivers a warm, resonant tone, providing the perfect foundation for musical exploration. The soft-shallow D to C mahogany neck is designed for comfort and speed, paired with an ebony fingerboard that ensures effortless playing across all 24 frets.
Equipped with Caparison's proprietary PH humbuckers, the Angelus Custom offers a dynamic sound that balances both grit and grace. I owned alot of Caparisons, and this is truly a 5 star guitar,
This Angelus was custom made for Anders Björler (At the gates, The Haunted). He used it for recording "The Dead Eye" album, in the "All against all" music video, and also did numerous tours with it.
It has custom made reversed cross inlays, binding on neck & headstock, and a set of Emg's 81/85, which sound really good in this guitar. But I will install a set of Fishman fluence moderns in their, to match my Prs Singelcut.
I really see/hear why he chose this guitar to record the rythms on the album, cause the sound is so heavy in this. I got knocked when I first played it through my Kemper. I really look forward to using it for both recording and live.
