Description

The Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal is your ticket to the ultimate shredding experience. This electric guitar is designed for speed and comfort, making it an ideal choice for rock, metal, or any genre that demands precision and flair. Crafted from alder, the body offers a balanced acoustic tone, providing a solid foundation for the dynamic Seymour Duncan pickups.

The Floyd Rose 1000 double-locking tremolo system ensures you can dive-bomb and flutter to your heart's content without compromising tuning stability. Meanwhile, the bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement guarantees a sturdy feel, even under the most intense playing conditions. The hand-rubbed satin urethane finish on the neck enhances playability, allowing your fingers to glide effortlessly across the compound-radius fingerboard.

Equipped with two high-output Seymour Duncan Distortion humbuckers, this guitar delivers everything from thick, chunky rhythms to searing leads. The push/pull coil split and no-load tone control offer an array of tonal possibilities, from classic humbucker crunch to crystal-clear single-coil sounds. Whether you're riffing out or soloing in the upper registers, the 22 jumbo frets and speedy neck profile ensure you're always in control.

First Charvel and loving it

Again, love the guitar, the way it feels and plays but couldn't stand the stock Seymour Duncan Distortion Pickups. I Put an SD Black Winter in the bridge position and an SD Sentient in the neck position. Much better sound. I also like the new truss rod adjustment setup. So much easier. It's like a Fender with all the good stuff at about a third the cost.
