Dimebag Concrete Sledge ML Review: I've been playing on and off for more than 20 yrs... | Dean | Electric Guitars | Reviews @ Ultimate-Guitar.Com

The Dean Dime Concrete Sledge ML Limited Run 333 is a metal guitarist's dream, offering a striking appearance with its "Concrete" finish and a killer sound profile thanks to its Bill Lawrence X500XL bridge pickup. It's a solid, Korean-made instrument that impresses with high-quality components like a Floyd Rose tremolo and Grover tuners. However, the neck pickup setup might be a hassle due to its taped configuration. While it's not factory setup-ready, the guitar is well worth the effort for those who appreciate its unique, collectible nature. Overall, it's a well-crafted instrument for metal enthusiasts who can appreciate both its aesthetics and sonic capabilities.

Dime's Concrete Sledge ML was originally a Dean Custom shop White ML. There are several photos online where him and James Hetfield are goofing around and Dime's holding the White ML. His name was in gold leaf on the headstock "Diamond Darrell Abbot" . He broke the neck on that guitar and some time later he & Grady replaced the neck with a Washburn neck he had laying around. The guitar was later primed in Green Fleckstone and then painted as we know it today by Ric Dubstaad.
