A Badass Plectrum
I recently got these 1.4 gauge for cheap on Reverb ($5, normal price is $10 for 3) after jonesing for them. Got them in the mail, tried them out, and mannnnn these are some GOOD picks. The grip is awesome, the tone is really natural sounding, and the pick just glides. It's just so smooth. The burnished edges just give it this extra smooth playability. And it's great. I got the 1.4 because, as someone who uses thicker picks and strums really hard, I wanted the higher gauge pick so it doesn't break easy, and is rock hard. But it is smooth. So there's that. That's the best way to describe it. Smooth, and badass.
