Tiny Pick, Big Sound
I have heard a LOT about Dunlop Jazz picks. Pretty much every guitarist recommends trying out the Jazz III in particular. I picked up Dunlop Jazz III Stiffo Picks and they do not disappoint. It is still taking me a bit of getting used to their small form factor, but it's this design that makes them so great. They are tiny-thick guitar picks, which forces your fingers to be closer to the strings. This allows you to become more accurate with your picking hand, which could help you to become faster for those who enjoy playing leads. Check them out!

Very comfortable
I love it, I like that they end in a point and the roughness facilitates the grip so it can be held well even if you are sweating, it is very easy to be precise with this pick. It's subjective, of course, but I like it.

Mick says at 7:07 he used Jazz iii as a kid and Scott Uchida from Dunlop sent him his own versions of it.
Alexi has stated his pick of choice in several interviews and demos. This is just one example (0:53 into the video), taken from his set of instructive DVDs for Rock House Method titled "Melodic Speed Shred & Metal Guitar". Here he can be heard saying "I use the Jim Dunlop Jazz III with the sharp tip, which is a cool thing; affects in the sound, it makes it more mean, and affects in my fast picking a lot, too, it makes it more accurate".
