Best guitar picks I've ever used.

Regular Jazz IIIs were too slippery, tiny and a little too thick for me. I even injured my thumb while using one because I was gripping them so hard so they wouldn't slip. However, I loved the sound and the precision that was provided by the sharp tip so I thought the XL's would be the solution. But their shoulder profile still felt off and I could not get used to them at all.

Then I discovered the Tortex IIIs, and as soon as I played with one I realized that they were going to be the picks I'll be using for the rest of my life. The familiar standard Tortex shoulder profile and size with the Jazz III tip is the perfect balance of comfort and precision for me. Probably the best overall pick for metal.

My go-to picks!

Good grip, great tone, because of the pointer tip it makes playing leads easier, but because its still a full size pick, palm muting downstroke riffs are not a problem at all. (which i find problematic with Jazz picks)
