During the Milkboy sessions and the tour around then John can be seen using an ESP M-II. It is hard to tell exactly which one it is becuase there are multiple variations but they hall of the same basic layout. FLoyd rose, EMG pickups, ebony fretboard, and neckthrough construction. Becuase it is an ESP and not LTD there is no model number on the 12th fret.
Bruce Kulick, the guitarist known for his work across various rock genres, is confirmed to use the ESP E-II M-II guitar. This is evidenced in the music video "Kuarantine - Heart Of Chrome (featuring Bruce Kulick)" available on Bruce Kulick's official YouTube channel. At the 0:30 mark of the video, Kulick can be clearly seen performing with the ESP E-II M-II, as he contributes the lead guitar to the cover song. This direct visual evidence from an official source substantiates the use of this specific guitar model by Bruce Kulick.
