Description
The Fender Deluxe Active Precision Bass is the ultimate tool for musicians who demand versatility and performance. This electric bass combines the legendary Precision and Jazz Bass tones into a single, sleek package, making it perfect for both stage and studio settings. At the heart of its sound is the vintage-style split-coil Precision Bass pickup in the neck for that classic thump, paired with a dual-coil ceramic Noiseless J-style bridge pickup that eliminates unwelcome hum. With its active 3-band EQ system, you can shape your sound with precision, whether you're dialing in deep lows, punchy mids, or sparkling highs. An active/passive switch provides seamless access to both modern and vintage tonal palettes.
The alder body is crafted for resonance and durability, while the maple C-shaped neck offers a smooth, fast playing experience thanks to its 12"-radius fingerboard and 20 medium-jumbo frets. The HiMass bridge enhances sustain and resonance, ensuring every note you play is full and lively. This bass doesn't just sound great; its classic Fender aesthetics, including black pickup covers and a 3-ply pickguard, ensure it looks the part too. Whether you're grooving on stage or laying down tracks in the studio, the Deluxe Active Precision Bass delivers style, substance, and sound.

All I need
Was looking for a replacement of my Warwick Thumb, due to delivery issues with the Marcus Miller P7, I decided to go with this one, due to similar specs.
Can't say I regret buying this bass, I put some flatwounds on it, and the sound became exactly what I wanted from it. A big plus is the ability to switch between active and passive, this bass is my go to for the next couple of years.
