Description
Mark Hoppus “Retro” Jaguar Bass by Fender
The Fender Mark Hoppus Jaguar Bass is a limited-edition signature instrument modeled after the exact bass played by blink-182’s Mark Hoppus onstage.
It blends the classic offset Jaguar® bass body shape with modern hardware and tone features tailored for punchy, mid-forward rock and punk sounds. Equipped with a single, reverse-mounted Seymour Duncan® Quarter Pound™ split-coil P Bass® pickup, the bass delivers bright, articulate lows and a strong fundamental that suits a wide range of styles.
A HiMass™ Vintage bridge improves sustain and tuning stability, while the custom “C”-shaped maple neck and slab rosewood fingerboard provide a comfortable playing feel.
The minimalist control layout (just a master volume with treble-bleed circuit) reflects Hoppus’s straightforward approach to tone.
Stylish visual touches include a 4-ply pearloid pickguard and a custom engraved neck plate featuring Mark’s octopus logo, plus an included deluxe gig bag.
Available in finishes like classic 3-Color Sunburst and Sea Foam Green, this bass honors both retro Fender aesthetics and modern performance needs.
