Underrated, Nearly Unknown 70's Japanese Les Paul copy.
I bought this from Songbird Music in Ottawa used in 1998. There is very little info on Mann Guitars on the internet, but they were made in Japan beginning in 1970 in the same factory Ibanez guitars were made, and were discontinued by 1980. This model is from between 70-74 as the headstock logo changed after that. Bolt-on neck that originally came with Super 70 Maxxon humbuckers, one chrome plated, the other open zebra style. I swapped them out last year for something a little noisier. Apparently these were only sold in Canada up until the mid-80's.
