http://www.modcan.com/bmodules/phase.html Just above Joel's laptop screen there are two small lights (on the Scanner 69B), to the left of that device is a Phase Shifter which has the unique characteristic knob position of a "C" shape with 4 jacks in the center of the "C" . There are no other Modcan B series devices with these knob positions.
