Peavey Rockmaster Review – Our Unbiased Guide | Music Voices

medium.com

The Peavey Rockmaster Electric Guitar emerges as a versatile, budget-friendly option for budding musicians. Praised for its beginner-friendly playability, durable build, and sleek design, it's perfect for kids and novices exploring different musical genres. However, its materials and construction fall short of premium standards, potentially limiting advanced playability. The guitar's gloss finish requires regular upkeep, and the humbucker pickup may not satisfy experienced players. Despite these drawbacks, its affordability and reliable performance make it a commendable choice for beginners and intermediates, offering decent electronics and a balanced tone for various styles.

Too budget

So I have the walking dead version of this guitar and the first thing I did was swap out the pick up for a jim root pandemonium, 100% a 5 star guitar now, but if you get this, mod it

Was my first *Real* guitar so im a bit biased

Took out the bollocks headphone preamp and simplified the controls by taking out the tone. Put in a Seymour Duncan JB. Nice neck finish is basic but fine.
