Great beginner guitar
This was my first ever guitar I got from my local Guitar Center. It's quite an affordable entry level guitar that plays and sounds great. The pickups sound full which is a great sound for the price and stays in tune quite well for an entry level guitar. However, the neck was too thick for my liking and the gloss finish catches my hand while playing. Also needs regular maintenance, as with every guitar, to prevent the fret board getting dry and sticky.
Overall, it's a great "bang for the buck" guitar for anyone who's learning to get into the world of solid body electric guitars.

you should condition a fretboard periodically, but dry and sticky? soudns like the wood wasn't properly cured before they built the guitar... if it finger goop you're okay, if tis some sort of wood goop? that's bad...
