Sweet FX
While there are plenty of cheaper alternatives in terms of DJing software, none really rival in comparison to Serato. The FX are amazing and the software is flexible to just about any controller, from what I can tell. From what I last read on Serato's website it's currently in beta for Windows 10, so I'm looking forward to upgrading to that version soon.

this software was what i began with i will not say anything bad about it its great for those starting out but i believe tracktor to be superior in beat match and song analyzation, the softwares effects are top notch on serato Isotope is really great with it. i hope this software keeps getting better. i learned from it and got better with it

Game changing software
Combined with Inklen MixEmergency, Serato Scratch Live allowed me to totally streamline my workflow, leave the DVD wallets at home and produce & remix on the road just before a gig! Even though it is now superseded by Serato DJ, because of it's rock solid performance and reliability, SSL is still my software of choice for larger gigs. I have now retired the use of SSL in favour of Pioneer Rekordbox

Works good with native controller, some functions are a bit too limited
Works great with the Native controllers, but I'd love to use functions seen in Traktor like filter type select, re-MIDI mapping, external MIDI sync, waveform zoom etc.
