Critic Reviews

Tonelux: OTB16 16 Channel Summer | Tape Op Magazine | Longform candid interviews with music producers and audio engineers covering mixing, mastering, recording and music production.

tapeop.com

The Tonelux OTB16 is praised for its solid construction and excellent analog audio design, providing a subtle yet noticeable sonic enhancement to mixes. Its compact form and ability to cascade multiple units make it versatile for expanding mixers. Though some may miss a zero-position detent on the faders, its precise level and pan adjustments make it a reliable summing tool. The OTB16 offers a clean, euphonic stereo bus coloration without heavy tube or retro console sound, making it a compelling choice for those seeking a polished analog finish.
