Behringer 502 mini mixer
The 502 is what I use to route all my live instruments and live locals into MainStage before it comes back out of the 900NEXUS. It allows me to add 4 more inputs which is mostly for looping as well.

Overall okay...
Pretty okay for the price, clean signal most of the time barely usable because of static, noise etc... Plus there were some problems with the implementation into my DAW.

Simple, but good
It's perfect for what I need it for, which is at most running my audio interface, mic, guitar, and sometimes my turntable through it

Samus Paulicelli uses the Behringer Xenyx 502 mixer, as detailed on his official gear page, 66Samus.
"With Gong and the Steve Hillage Band, I’m using a Steinberger GL2T guitar, Line 6 PODxt Pro rack unit with a Line 6 pedalboard, and a Fender Twin FSR amp. With System 7, I swap out the Line 6 PODxt Pro for a Zoom 9050 multi-effects processor and also use Cry Baby wah and Boss Compressor pedals. In addition, in System 7, I have a Behringer Xenyx 502 baby mixer that I use to preamp the sound before sending it to our Pioneer DJM-800 Pro DJ mixer with crossfader control."
In the live performance at the Aquarium, you can see the Behringer Xenyx502 is wired up next to the MPD226.
