I use this plugin to an absurd extent

This thing is awesome !!
I was just about to buy a gate plugin by another very well-known company, who I have a lot of respect for, and own6 or 7 of their plugins already, but then remembered I had the scheps omnichannel, so I demo'd the other one and A/B'd between the two, and to my surprise, the scheps sounds every bit as good, but then you have the added bonus of the de-esser to kill ringing cymbal residue or any other artifacts, plus saturation, low pass, hi pass, limiter etc...on top of that, so I'll be using this primarily for it's gate, and for that, it's brilliant. It also has a sidechain on the gate and de-esser, so it's a real swiss army knife, and it's really smooth, and has a very low cpu hit. Great plugin !!
I have to add that I'm not a fan of Waves at all. I think installation system with waves central, is shambolic, especially if you want to lad something that they now call "legacy", but I'd happily trade the other 8 or 9 waves plugins I own, for this omnichannel.
