At picture number 3 we can see Avicii's Genelecs. They have an 8" woofer - I know that because they are sitting right next to the 8" KRKs. I know they are 8050s, not 8040s because the tweeter looks to be from an 8050. Also they are 8050A, because that's the only model of 8050 that existed in October 25, 2011.
Avicii posts a photo to Instagram of his temporary studio space, or as he says in the caption, "#temporaryhomestudiomode." The white/gray midi controller he is using is the M-Audio Axiom Pro 61 Advanced 61 Key USB MIDI Controller. It can be identified by its rounded edges, contrast between the black sides and the white/gray body, and the button configuration. The keyboard has 5 octaves, which makes it the 61-key version. The Waves Tony Maserati collection has a bunch of different toners and enhancers that add a really cool sound to a lot of different stuff. If you put it on the piano, it just kinda hoarsens it up a little bit . . . it gives it almost an illusion of being more real. It sounds like it’s older, sounds like it’s a real instrument recorded, and you can use it for so many things, not just pianos, to give it color: bass, synth leads, you can rough everything up a little or a lot.
