At 3:03 of Mark Tremonti's gear rundown, he talks about his amps. "When I'm playing rhythm guitar, I'm playing through this, down the middle..."
From the article http://www.premierguitar.com/articles/Rig_Rundown_Creeds_Mark_Tremonti: "Tremonti uses a multi-amp setup anchored by his Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier, which runs through the two inside Mesa/Boogie 4x12 cabinets for rhythm and lead work."
Mark Tremonti has previously been known to play a heavy relic Fender Stratocaster '56.
At 3:10 in the video Mark Tremonti says: "This is a Voodoo V-Rock, it's an amp I had never heard of until 8 months ago that I love that's going through the outside, exterior cabinets."
Tremonti can be seen here using a Les Paul Standard goldtop. This was his main guitar before being endorsed by PRS.

"Most of the rhythm and lead stuff on the new Alter Bridge record and my solo album was recorded with the RK100" ~Mark Tremonti
Credited in other sources as having used this amp on his first three solo albums, on Fortress, and ABIII to name a few of the records this amp has laid down tracks for
In the Premier Guitar Rig Rundown, Mark Tremonti is shown using the Fractal Axe-Fx II Guitar Effects Processor as part of his setup.
What do your stage setups look like?
Tremonti: I have a Bogner Uberschall, two Mesa/Boogie Triple Rectifiers, two Fender ’65 Twin Reverb reissues for clean tones, and a Two-Rock head for my lead tone. I have a big square that I set up with four Mesa/Boogie 4x12 cabs loaded with Celestion Vintage 30s s in an upside down “T” with the Twin Reverbs on the outside. My pedalboard has my signature Morley wah, a signature T-Rex phaser, a Dunlop Uni-Vibe, and a Digital Music Ground Control switching system. In the loop for my leads is an Ibanez TS808HW Hand Wired Tube Screamer and I just got an Electro-Harmonix Micro POG and I’ve been running a small touch of the lower octave on all of my solos. It thickens it up a bit.
Mark used the prototype of this amp on The Last Hero Album as stated in the video
From a Premier Guitar article: "Tremonti uses a multi-amp setup anchored by his Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier, which runs through the two inside Mesa/Boogie 4x12 cabinets for rhythm and lead work."
In a Premier Guitar Rig Rundown, Mark Tremonti is shown using the T-Rex Engineering Replica delay pedal.
"I love delays, so I went and found all of my favorites. My best delay is a Toneczar Echoczar, which is very hard to find. It’s a one-guy shop and another waiting list that you have to do. My favorite new delay—that’s much easier to get a hold of—is the G-Lab delay. In my live rig, I use the T-Rex Replica and I have an SIB Echo Drive at home. I also use an Ibanez Hand Wired Tube Screamer live." - Mark Tremonti.
Mark Tremonti also makes occasional use of the SE version of his signature PRS.

On the floor is a Voodoo Lab Ground Control for amp switching, Dunlop Uni-Vibe, Morley Signature Wah, and EHX Micro Pog…
The Palmer splitter sends one signal to this Mesa/Boogie Triple Rectifier head that drives a Mesa/Boogie 4x12 Rectifier Standard Oversize cab.
Just below the Mesa is a Bogner Überschall, which is the other half of Tremonti’s punishing dual-amp assault. A G-Lab SD-1 Smooth Delay is connected through the effects loop and is constantly on. Both amps run through Palmer PDI09 passive DI boxes before hitting the cabs.
Spotted at Rig Rundown with Mark Tremonti.
A rather minimal pedalboard lies at Tremonti’s feet. It starts with his signature Morley wah and goes into an Ibanez TS808HW Tube Screamer, Dunlop UV1 Uni-Vibe Chorus/Vibrato pedal, T-Rex Octavius Tri-Tone Generator, and ends with a Palmer PGA03 Splitter that sends the signal to the amps. A T-Rex Fuel Tank Juicy Lucy sits alongside and handles the power.
