"I'm proud to say that I toured the entire Rebel Yell tour which was ten months long, with one of GR-707 and the floor unit. I still have it, and I have it because it is a bit of history to me. There's not many instruments that I held on to that long but that really meant something to me, to be the first in the Unites States with that instrument and to maybe help promote guitar synthesizers. I've always been a big synth fan."

At 17:19 of this "Rig Rundown" with Premier Guitar, Steve talks about the SL-20 saying "the other effects in that signal chain is this slicer, which is locked midi clock - which we have a Pro Tools rig out on the road with us. So, our drummer is on in ears, and he plays to a click. So I'm locked, no matter what tempo he's at, I can do slicing and stutter effects - live in time with my drummer which is really cool."
At 18:30 of this "Rig Rundown" with Premier Guitar, Steve mentions this fuzzbox saying "I use in conjunction with the clean channel. For like the, there's that middle drop down of "Rebel Yell", which people think is a synth, but it's actually DI'd fuzz guitar. So then I use this guy for that, and he's in the same chain as this 'cause I like to EQ the fuzz as well."

"And then I had a new pedalboard built by Trailer Trash just for home and on that I’ve got a Radial booster with a buffer, then there’s a Megavibe on there that’s made by KR. I’ve owned about five Univibe clones and this is the one -- it really sounds like an original Univibe."
