Richie Hawtin posted a photo to Instagram where he can be seen using the AIAIAI TMA-2 Young Guru edition headphones at a show in Romania.
The Lexicon PSP 42 is a great effects plugin, with which it is possible to create the well-known Richie Hawtin Delay, as Richie uses this himself.
Richie points out his use of the Ensoniq DP/4 for "additional effects" three minutes into a tour of his live performance setup.
In an Instagram post, Richie Hawtin showcases his performance setup, which includes an Allen & Heath Xone:K2. The K2 is identifiable by the RCA connectors visible in the upper right corner of the setup.
Richie Hawtin and Liine co-developed this Max for Live device for the 2010 revival of Plastikman. It saves the state of one's Live Set so it can be instantly recalled later.
Richie Hawtin can be seen using the Ableton Push during his set at Kappa FuturFestival. Even more interesting is that he appears to be using the Ableton Live-focused controller in conjunction with Native Instruments' Traktor.

From his archived interview with Ableton: "So I used Ableton then to fully structure and lay out a basic rough version of the mix in the Arrangement View, and once the basic structure was done, I piped it via ReWire into Pro Tools for final adjustments."
