I am not really knocked out by the BBuckers and I have now tried the pros, 1, 2 and 3 in every conceivable position of my LP. I wound up digging the pro neck well enough against a Duncan 59/custom hybrid, but its a smidge boomy like a Duncan 59 neck (though not murky like a BB1 in the neck), I guess its a trade off for the clarity of the A5 magnet, but I feel a replacement coming on, its really no better than a stock 490R, just different... but I am rambling, anyway, I have been really underwhelmed by the burstbuckers, they are okay, more complex than a57 classic, but not nearly as balanced...

maybe the chambering in your standard helps the burstbucker neck out? I've only ever owned fully solid LPs
