Very versatile

Good microphone for beginners. I used it with my Scarlett Solo 2nd Gen and it worked beautifully

nr.1 for live Growling and Screaming...

Don't be fooled by the low price. I know it is sold as a instrument mic, but just like the sm 57 the closer distance to the membrane means more proximity effect, and a fuller sound without cupping the mic.
